Banner Advertising is by far the most popular means of reaching your potential customers, and CONCRETE.com will make your advertising simple and affordable. Our advertising scope covers everything our clients need to reach the most visitors with the least dollars, increasing the overall rate of return.

 

We base our advertising rates on a fixed price for one year. This allows CONCRETE.com to implement a simple system of tracking traffic back to your website, and gives you an easy way to secure long term fixed rates. An advertiser may choose to rotate a set of up to four different banner designs, and the set may be changed monthly.

 

We offer two main Banner Ad locations within each web page, and two different levels of depth (number of clicks to access the web page your banner resides on). Our design allows for easy access - no more than two clicks away from any web page - so that our visitors find the information they want quickly and easily.

 

The top location for advertising with CONCRETE.com is directly on our Home Page (first page of website to be accessed and viewed - this is also the page which is advertised and submitted to search engines). Of course, the significance of this top position lies in being the first to be seen when a visitor arrives.

 

There are two advertising locations on every web page within CONCRETE.com, including the Home Page:

 

Primary Position: This banner offers the highest visibility on the page. It is a 468x60 pixel image positioned above the main content area. Secondary Position: This banner offers the second-highest visibility on the page. It is a 468x60 pixel image positioned at the bottom of the content area. It appears on the initial screen view of the page on most computer monitors. The Home Page also offers a location in the middle of the page.

 

By offering a Coverall Position and a Target Position placement, we give you the freedom and opportunity to place ads within the scope of your Target Market and/or "blanket advertise" over all our website pages.

 

COVERALL: This banner is randomly rotated throughout all the web pages (Home Page, Category pages, and E-mail pages) so that you have the greatest potential to reach the most visitors for your advertising dollar.** TARGET: This banner is in a set position on a designated web page within our site to target a specific market of visitors. This can be static or animated.

 

** Concrete.com will include a free link on the Concrete Industry or Residential web page sections (valued at $1000.00 for one year) for every one of our advertisers who purchases a Home Page Location Coverall Banner Ad. **

Banner size: 468x60 (width x height in pixels). Banner file size: Recommended 9k or less. Alternate text: 80 characters maximum. Animated Banners: GIF89a accepted. Materials due: Three business days prior to posting. E-mail your banner as an attached file to: mailto:gaylon@concrete.com. Include ALT text and click-through URLs in the e-mail.

 

Copy Acceptance:
The publisher accepts any and all advertising subject to approval. All advertising is accepted and published upon the representation that the advertiser and/or agency are authorized to publish the entire contents of the advertisement. The advertiser and/or agency will indemnify and hold the publisher harmless from any loss or expense resulting from claims or suits for defamation, libel, violation of right of privacy, plagiarism, copyright infringement, unfair competition, unfair trade practices, and infringement of trademarks, trade names, or patents.

 

Banner Rates:
Coverall Banner Advertising Opportunity…………………..$8,000.00 annually
(Also includes one LOGO Link in the category of your choice)

 

Target Banner Advertising Opportunity…………………….$4,000.00 annually

 

Payment Terms:
Payment must accompany all placements unless credit has been established. Past due accounts are subject to a finance charge of 1.5 percent per month (18 percent per year). Processing charge for returned checks is $20.00 per item. Past due accounts are subject to immediate cancellation. Costs and fees to collect past due balances will be the responsibility of the advertiser.

 

Banner Design:
If you need Banner design assistance, we also provide this service for you. Our design rates are quite reasonable at $100.00 per static Banner and $200.00 per animated Banner.
